Use of the service

BrandCite provides AI-citation tracking, auditing, content generation and CMS publishing. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish, and for your use of connected CMS accounts.

Accounts & billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing you select. Credits meter usage of tracking, audits and generation. You can cancel at any time; fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use BrandCite to publish unlawful, infringing or deceptive content, or to abuse connected platforms or AI providers.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is." AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. To the extent permitted by law, BrandCite's liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
