What we collect
Account details (name, email, organization), the projects, prompts and URLs you choose to track or audit, CMS connection metadata, and usage analytics. CMS credentials are encrypted at the application layer.
How we use it
To provide the service — tracking AI citations, running audits, generating and publishing content — and to operate, secure and improve BrandCite. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
We use AI engine and data providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, DataForSEO), infrastructure (Railway, Supabase), payments (Stripe) and email (MailerSend). Each processes data only to deliver the service.
